El Guaca ltd. is a relatively small chain, only having 5 restaurants at the moment. I started to work in the company September 2017 as a waiter. Doing part-time next to my studies (Hotel Management) I grew to supervisor after proving myself to the owners when I was chosen to help open a new location. Next day after submitting my dissertation I was appointed full-time assistant manager and on May 2019 became a manager.
