I am enthusiastically recommending Tisha Radcliffe for the position of instructional designer. I have had the pleasure of working with Tisha for the past year at Ease Learning on multiple ID projects and during that time she has shown exceptional skills in the areas of instructional design, teamwork, and leadership. Tisha is well-loved by both her coworkers and the clients that she works with, across the board. One of the main reasons why Tisha is able to build such strong relationships with her teammates on different projects is her ability to target her approach based on what a person needs. Her patience and willingness to answer questions as they come up, and subsequently switch gears and try different approaches based on a teammate or client’s needs knows no limits. One of my favorite projects I’ve ever worked on was with Tisha and she was always available to brainstorm together or teach me about the nitty gritty of accessibility—something she excels at. Her dedication to helping her coworkers while also empowering them with the information they need to succeed and create the best outcome possible makes her an invaluable member of any team. It’s one thing to have deep instructional design skills; it’s another to help your teammates learn how to be the best they can be at their jobs—Tisha brings both to the table. During the year that I worked with Tisha, she impressively led a large project that involved a team consisting of most of the instructional designers at the company. I was always impressed at Tisha’s level of organization within the project; she put strategies and resources in place for the whole team to use so that all programs across the larger project were getting a consistent experience, not matter who they were working with. An undertaking of this size is not easy, yet Tisha usually made it look effortless. In addition to resources for the team, Tisha also prepared for, managed, and facilitated weekly meetings with our entire internal team to keep everyone informed of what was happening across the larger-scale project. She was our fearless leader and always made sure that any questions brought to the table were answered or that she investigated further and devised a solution if needed. Any instructional design team out there would be very lucky to have Tisha as part of their group. She is a strong instructional designer, team player, and leader. If I can be any further assistance to you or if you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Having Tisha on your team means having a responsible, creative team member who understands the value of collaboration, who brings her many skills to the table, who listens carefully, and who contributes actively. Always a stellar professional, Tisha has the perfect combination of expertise, knowledge, and dedication to enhance any project.

I have worked with Tisha on several Instructional Design projects to create a variety of learning products. Tisha was always able to apply learning science and industry best practices to create authentic and unique experiences for learners, even when product needs and learning goals were ambiguous. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to work with tough subject matter experts with professionalism and finese. She's an excellent leader and mentor on any project she's assigned to;I'd be honored to work with her again.
