To whom it may concern, Tira Mino really does well with students and loves her job wherever she is hired. She came into a class that I had with a colleage before her and found real imaginative ways to make the information stick in a Science class. Tira manages her classroom well and finds ways to peak the interest of each student. If I was above Tira, which I am not, and could hire her, I definitely would. Tira is a good teacher and knows her subject well. Respectfully, Ms. Michelle Loeffler Educator in Special Education
