We firmly believe that people’s daily lives are the most inspirational source of information for the development of both brands and communities. Our starting point is always: connecting with people. We call it human based research. First, we depict the context of a particular issue and we always zoom out before zooming in. We look at a person as a whole and we use different ethnographic and psychological methodologies to understand what really motivates someone. We create space and impact for our clients by having them look at situations from a different perspective. The perspective of the end user. Only then we translate our insights to the business of our clients. To them, we are more than a research agency: we are sparring partners who take things further and continue where other agencies stop. A solution oriented approach is key, as well as insights with which an organization can really make a difference. Show less

Haarlem Area, Netherlands As my graduation project I had researched and developed a back-end communication solution for hotel housekeeping. I researched the current workflow of hotel housekeeping and designed a solution to make this workflow more efficient. Presented to the investors of the company with a smart business strategy, I was immediately employed upon graduating from the Delft University of Technology.
