Tino is a hard worker and knows what he does; he communicates well with colleagues and wants to get a project running as soon as possible. He understands what is important in early stages of a project, but also knows that games are good when the art is aesthetically pleasing. Tino is a fast learner and adapts to any situation. Tino approached me a few weeks before the charity project, and asked if I could work together with him and SassyBot Studio on a game for charity. I was very honored that day!

The job description for this function states that I would be assisting D&P lecturers and helping the D&P branch of the academy alleviate pressure from the D&P staff; This with the goal of relieving the work load of the staff. This position was a part-time agreement of two days a week as I was still in the graduation year. Note that there was not case of a study delay, nor is there at the time of writing. Tasks this function consists of were teaching working classes, assisting in grading (with a supervising lecturer), proof-reading and partially re-writing assignment details, and assisting in academy related events.
