I can highly recommend Tinny for her attitude, work ethics and professional knowledge. She has been of great value to Havensteder with her help to further professionalize the organization. She was responsible for the implementation of risk management on a new level: not as a 'classic' risk manager, but as a trusted advisor who is capable to enable both board and (middle-) management of the company to recognize, acknowledge and manage their own risks and controls. Sad to see her leave, but can't wait to work with her - again - in the future!
