- Develop and present (for feedback) an initial outline of the assessment to identify gaps in (technical) capacity of the staff members of the Freedom Fund partner on the worker organizing and collective bargaining - Undertake field visits and organize training/mentoring of the Freedom Fund partner on worker organizing as necessary. Training and mentoring may involve, for example, the development of strategies and planning for migrant worker organizing, monitoring of the progress against the migrant worker organizing plan developed, designing the activities to drive worker engagement, and enabling staff and consultants of the partner organizing in designing migrant worker organizing. - Present initial findings with the assessment and recommendations on the strategies as well as risk mitigation plan for migrant worker organizing to the partner organization (for validation of recommendations with feedback and inputs from the Freedom Fund partner organization) - Finalise the assessment report including a work plan and risk management strategy for the partner organization on migrant worker organizing. - Follow up and recap with the staff members of the partner organization on lessons learned and progress against the implementation of the migrant worker organizing plan. - Submit the final progress report including recommendations on the migrant worker organizing plan of the partner to the Freedom Fund.
