I have been working in Thomson line trackwork with Tammy Tsai closely, in my opinions she is a capable, reliable and dependable trackwork design engineer. It is commendable that she demonstrated her analytical ability and application of engineering knowledge in formulating and writing trackwork design and technical specifications for submission to obtain client’s acceptance successfully. In the process she obtained relevant components manufacturing specification as required by design and in compliance with client’s specification and requirements from rail components suppliers of multinational companies locally and oversea based with great skills and people knowledge of multicultural across Asia and Europe and USA . I believe that the talented Tammy Tsai, a intelligent person as a valuable human asset to organisation will perform to the tasks in more than the technical scopes as she advances with her always open minded and looking forward positive mind-set.
