I managed Joe at Optimizely and he was our chief architect in terms of building automation frameworks. His technical skillset is outstanding. He was able to integrate seamlessly with our current pipeline and ensure our validation systems were working in lock step. On top of this, he was a very strong leader and mentor to the junior staff.
