Tina became my HR buddy which helped build relationships between Tina, myself and my team in the North and Scotland. She has supported me with operational effectiveness during a period of business transformation. Tina has an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external customers, based on empathy, trust and respect. She is a naturally active listener and guides without judgement. Tina has drive, resilience and determination and often goes beyond the call of duty. The one thing that stands out for me is that Tina not just knows her HR, but she also has a commercial and strategic awareness which helped us to develop our ideas and expand our thinking.
