Supporting the annual budget review by following up on submissions by each division, arranging meetings on budget review and securing the final approved budget of the department. Arranging meetings presided by the Deputy CEO, securing/preparing agenda, sending out meeting invites, ensuring venue & IT set-up readiness. Operational roles during tournaments: FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ - Guest Management & Protocol: Overseeing registration process of Delegations, Non-Delegation members, VIP & VVIP guests / providing registration support using Database Management Systems and Event Registration systems (IFES- Integrated Football and Event System) / supporting BoH with protocol & seating of VIP guests by using Booking & Seating Module system / ensuring V/VIP invitations are distributed accordingly / Supporting Governance with anything required during the entire tournament. FIFA Volunteer Orientation Event 2022 & FIFA Volunteer Launch Event 2022 – Guest Management & Protocol (VIP Area).
