At Common Room, we're building the intelligent community growth platform that brings organizations closer to their communities so they can grow together. We help power the work of community and DevRel leaders so they can grow happier customers, measure outcomes, and drive business impact. We're building more than the platform at Common Room—we're also building Uncommon, a community of 1000+ community builders who can learn, support, connect, and grow with each other professionally and personally so they can serve their communities best. A large part of building the Uncommon community is developing educational resources that help bring new community professionals into the fold and that skill up existing leaders. We worked with Tina as a community researcher and consultant to help us understand the educational resources available today, and then to help us distill key community learnings into program ideas for both emerging and experienced community leaders. Tina is thorough, communicative, highly generative in her ideas, open to give and receive feedback, flexible, timely, and incredibly kind. Her ideas are plentiful, and the most frequent piece of feedback we had to share with her was often around staying focused on the specific outcomes of the project at hand. The team and I look forward to working with Tina more in the future—working with her is a joy and she and her work are an asset to all.

I met Tina in a writing cohort. She helped me redefine my story and get to the important points and create my personal branding. Also, she helped me get better at defining my goals. I'll have to admit. I was all over the place with my personal brand. Tina is super kind and assembled a nice outline while working together. A BIG help for my mission and confidence. I will always be grateful for her help with business and a person of kindness.
