   Develop customers independently (main clients including foreign and the large domestic enterprises), visit customers, analyze the customer requirement and confirm the contract.  Maintain relationships with key account customers, and develop new business.  Confirm with HR for the Job description, including the demand, position structure, salary structure, allowance and interview arrangement.  Research the target candidates independently, finish the first round interview and then, recommend the right candidates to costumers.  Coordinate the interview, negotiate the salary, finish the reference check and confirm the offer.  Perform the after-sales service and, and help the candidates pass the probation.
