  I Coordinated an Inclusion Timebank, a new project designed by Inclusion Melbourne to promote volunteering roles for people with a disability. Timebank was open to community participation and I oversaw the online portal, recruitment of members, information sessions, advertising and newsletters. As a DSP I supported people with an intellectual disability to participate in inclusive and community based actvities. Support was individualised and one to one.
