Develops new or revises existing programs, policies and operating guidelines • Directs assistance to agency executives/program administrators on grant eligibility, financial management, administrative requirements, indirect costs, and closeout procedures • Provides authoritative advice and guidance to agency executive/program administrators on discretionary and mandatory grants ensuring that program mandates are effectively administered within the framework of statutory requirements, federal regulations, and departmental policies • Works with executive staff composed of the President & CEO and Division Vice Presidents to provide executive management of organizational processes. Attends meetings/conferences with key officials and operating staff across state government.
