Tina is bright, empowering, hard-working, and a phenomenal team leader. She values, supports and advocates for every single one of her team members which feeds into the comfortable and welcoming working environment Tina has been able to create within the office. Every morning, Tina is sure to greet each team member every morning with a cheery "Good morning!" which automatically sets the positive, go-get-'em tone throughout the office. Tina has a natural ability for grasping complex topics and problems, and translating these into effective solutions and powerful ideas. Tina is always open to ideas for improving processes, and has a very hands on mentality to getting things fixed. It is refreshing to work with people like Tina, who don't get stuck when facing blockers and rather tackle solutions. Tina has worn the many hats needed to get our newly formed Student Success Center off the ground. Tina is always looking toward the greater office mission and helps others understand how their tasks, direct or indirect, contribute. Her attitude and work ethic make her integral to the success of our team.

Dr. Romanelli is an ambitious, intelligent, kind, and fearless leader. We worked together for three years at the Meredith College Learning Center and in this time our number of sessions, offerings, and collaboration with faculty increased immensely. She implemented new procedures to maintain success through the pandemic while welcoming feedback and criticism. Dr. Romanelli is a gracious supervisor who allows flexibility when needed but also is firm with deadlines which keeps the center running smoothly. She was an instrumental part of my success, always encouraging me personally, professionally, and educationally.
