Emma Gooderham

Tina reported directly to me during my time as MD of Indigo Swan. She was an invaluable support and quickly adapted to the change of leadership, providing information and reports when required. Her enthusiasm for HR is to be highly commended. In 2015 she undertook an extensive review of the IiP standard and made recommendations to develop further the company's HR activities. Her contribution at management meetings was invaluable, bringing an in-depth knowledge of the company, suppliers, clients, operational insight and employee needs to the discussions. On a personal note, she was a great brand ambassador and supported the company passionately. It was a pleasure to work with Tina.

I have known Tina for a number of years now during her time with Indigo Swan, and can say that her professionalism and enthusiasm in business is exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Tina for a wealth of positions. She is warm, welcoming, and personable, and will be a credit to any team.
