Data-driven advertising startup, acquired by ValueClick (now Epsilon) I started at Dotomi "in the early days" when a small team of developers just figured out the Dotomi product and it felt as if we changed pretty much everything we worked on every other week. As one of the first employees I worked not only on client relations but on everything from development of campaign management tools, creative briefs, usability tests, launch clearance, data analysis & performance tracking tools over the development, implementation and optimization of our product. Dotomi experienced accelerated growth which allowed me to get deeper into a Senior Management Role in Business Development and Sales, developing and executing business and performance goals with internal revenue forecasts and sales KPI’s for key e-commerce and multi-channel retailers with different contract structures and the direct management of team members. The hard work of everyone paid out: a hyper growth start up with exit. Crazy times and full of learnings I still benefit from today. Show less

SOS Children's Villages is the largest non-governmental organization focused on supporting children without parental care and families at risk. At SOS Children’s Villages I stepped the first time into the world of IMPACT, which I should come back to in a different way years later. Starting in public relations for the international organization I was responsible for aquiring and sustaining relationships to media partners and journalists, writing press releases and editorials to raise awareness and media presence for the organization while monitoring and analysing the media activity and performance. Further on I moved into project management for marketing communication projects. This included the acquisition of sponsorships and corporate partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, concept design and execution of marketing activities in cooperation with sponsorship partners. Further more I was responsible for the development and execution of a unique frundraising concept in partnership with Ebay and Christie’s. This included an online and offline auction and the coordination, budgeting and execution of an annual Gala fundraising event, while serving as primary contact to corporate sponsors and VIPs. Furthermore I was responsible for the organization and execution of international press trips of cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. Show less
