  I do physical property testing of Carlisle SynTec's various products. These include adhesive, sealants, tapes, EPDM Membrane, TPO membranes, PVC membranes to mention a few. I also am slated to support the various QA Labs throughout the company for test method development of new products or improve testing of current products.   Right now I'm taking care of the testing for the European market which includes using the European test methods. This included buying the needed equipment, writing the test methods and distributing to the labs who need them. I also troubleshoot equipment problems for various pieces of equipment.
