Tekniksprånget gives youth, that are graduated from Swedish high schools Na- and Te program, an opportunity to be an intern for four month and be able to see what it is like to be an engineer. I´ve been with since start and been part of building this project to where we are today. Idea selling, hunting, client relationship, process building, mentor courses, seminars, recruiting, mentor, develop CRM, application portal. Good skills in buildning a project or smaller business. Right before 2011 there was a strategic decision that the municipalities should not have a Director role. I continued to work in the Public sector as Client Sales. I worked for different customers and a muninipalities. Since I was the only Client Sales in Stockholm I had to work will all Public RFPs that did not have a Director. I was Bid manager or Sales lead.

Right before 2010 I became internally handpicked for the role of Client Sales Director.I became responsible for four municipalities in the Stockholm area. And had a budget 2010 of MSEK 40 as I over performed. A lot of hunting came within the role since the municipalities have not had a Sales Director for many years. The role called for a wide perspective and strategic thinking. To help out with RFPs I had solution sales that were specialists in a special area. As an Account Sales I helped Client Directors to sell more to their customers. The customers were in all industries. We worked in teams where I had the position as Sales Lead. Sales Lead made sure that the request work went ahead and supported the Bid Manager with certain information for the RFP. Account Sales were also assigned to certain customers where they were responsible for promotion of new services or more of the services that the customer had already bought.

At SQM/TechTeam I primarily worked as a hunter. Lots of cold calls to get out at a first visit that should lead to business. Many of the customers became re-buyers. TechTeam SQM sold IT services in the service desk/helpdesk area, such as IT professionals, business consultants, traditional outsourcing and managed services. I managed very well in the whole range of services. My ability to establish relationships and my social skills has proven to be very valuable. The customers came back to me and many continued to stay in touch when they changed employers. Many years of hunting and cold calls paid off.
