Rahul Mehta
I have known Tina since April 2008 when she was leading the product development function at FRT. In 2011 SkinMedica acquired FRT and Tina became an integral part of our product development team. Tina was instrumental in conceptualizing and developing all SkinMedica’s cosmeceutical products from 2008 to 2016, an ear of explosive growth for SkinMedica brand. She has excellent relationship with raw material suppliers, a key strength that allowed us to evaluate newest and most advanced cosmetic actives. Tina consistently excelled at combining the strict clinical efficacy requirements imposed by R&D and superb cosmetic elegance required for a consumer product by marketing. Many of our physician partners have high praise for the formations created under Tina’s leadership. Since leaving SkinMedica/Allergan, Tina has continued her development creating some well-liked products that meet physicians’ expectations.
