      Superkracht develops the talents of young people with disabilities and makes them visible in the cultural sector. We work with music festivals and events, with concert venues and theatres. Together we create space for the unique qualities and inspiring characters of team Superkraccht.In the training, new team members are given the opportunity to discover and develop their talents, formulate learning goals and take on challenges. Based on the output, they are given a suitable task and they work on an equal level with the employees or volunteers of cultural partners.The focus goes out to their talents instead of limitations, the project highlights similarities instead of differences. This ensures that the young people can be proud of themselves and also inspire other people with and without disabilities. In this way, Superkracht contributes to a diverse and inclusive cultural sector.Superkracht is an initiative of Possibilize and is executed in close collaboration with VTV Den Haag. We work together with the following cultural partners: De Betovering, Grote Markt Den Haag, PAARD, Popronde and Sniester Festival. Superkracht was previously known as Senself. BRANDSTOF first and foremost is a place where youngsters from the Soest area can gather every first Friday of the month.
