Forming and leading three very compact (under 4 people each), but highly efficient teams of skilled professionals: DevOPS, IT Support, SecOPSFrom the very first day I joined Pixonic as a startup (which was with 3 hardware servers and a single social game at that time) to Pixonic - one of Russias leaders in game development, the following tasks were accomplished on a daily basis (either under my supervision or with direct participation):- Designing server and application architecture- Bootstrap and fine tuning of all company IT services. Such as globally distributed high load game clusters, big data clusters and real time computing clusters. Over 800 servers globally distributed across 9 data centers in 6 time zones, working 24/7 both Cloud and On-Prem. - Integrating new and innovative technologies into the company infrastructure. Such as rapid server deployment for Cloud and On-PreM, service and endpoint monitoring, CI/CD, hard/software configuration revision etc. - Disaster recovery plan and backup strategies. - Terms and conditions negotiations (up until contract signature) with data centers and other partners as well as service providers.
