This state information system is built on an "open by default" principle and operates on voluntary participation, without any law mandating cultural organizations to use it. "Artefact" Platform (ar.culture.ru) - Digital guides for museum and exhibition spaces using augmented reality technology. Data Infrastructure for the Ministry of Culture of Russia: Includes four key projects: Unified Integration Platform - An integration bus facilitating data exchange between various information systems. Open Data Portal (opendata.mkrf.ru) - A system for processing and publishing ministry data, enabling their use by businesses for creating new services and products, as well as by public institutions. Unified Analytics System for the Ministry of Culture of Russia - A reference and analytical tool providing access to 3,000 indicators across 82,000 cultural institutions. It serves as the primary tool for implementing and realizing data-driven governance principles.
