Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did a fantastic job leading Northrop Grumman’s part-time efforts on UX design and consulting with the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Tim is extremely informative about all aspects of the UX process including the research, design and usability. He has a real knack for quickly understanding the client’s business and making software applications easier to use and delight end users. I valued him for his experience and skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm for all things UX and ability to collaborate at all levels. Tim is a great asset to whomever he works with, and I would love the opportunity to work with him again.

Tim and were peers in the Online / Advertising departments of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, where we collaborated frequently to build technology products for our internal teams and customers. Tim has an acute attention to detail, and his design work always focused on providing the best experience for customers and users of the software we built. I particularly recall Tim's ability to understand a customer and build extremely high quality branding products, even after only a brief consultation, leading to many "you've captured it perfectly" type moments from our own internal business as well as the advertisers we served. Tim was also keenly passionate about advancing technology is the business, and together we collaborated to build interactive advertising products that offered new experiences for our advertisers' customer and previously unattainable statistics for our advertisers. Tim often pushed for these types of innovations and did not hesitate to get involved when pursuing these endeavors involved using technologies and skills that were new to his workflow to achieve these goals. I highly recommend Tim, not just as a designer, but as an invaluable resource to the customer, and advocate of the customer's experience--something that any digital product must have in order to achieve success.
