It can involve having to deal with issues that may arise from and for both staff and students and being a proactive problem solver to being organised in advance and supporting all personal in their goals and aim. It also involves communication with parents and guardians and ensuring that I work with them to ensure the best outcome for all involved in the process of there education and care.This role also means a large amount of management and communication with the house staff team from tutors to domestic and maintenance staff.

Whilst on expedition it involved managing teachers and pupils whilst ensuring they also lead the trip and learned.
