I had the opportunity of working with Tim for over a year as part of our time together on Better.com's partnership program with Ally Bank. We often dealt with high net worth clients, and Tim easily held his weight in these conversations. Here are the numbers to prove it! $272,816,692 in volume closed in only 8 months over 396 loans. That's $688,931 for his average loan size. Tim's production stems from his strong business acumen and analytical skills. Tim did not have any prior financial services experience yet ranked within the top 200 nationwide alongside 10-30 year career veterans. He did this with just 8 months on pipeline because he was able to quickly learn and adapt to the high demand, high growth environment. I often pushed Tim into calls with self employed borrowers and others with nuanced situations, things that were outside of his comfort zone, and he always delivered. What made our relationship so great was Tim's willingness to take input while also being radically candid about what he needed to do well. This allowed us to refine our process even further so it could be duplicated with my other associates as well as his own associates after being promoted. Tim's brilliance, hard work, and willingness to learn will make him a top contributor at any company lucky enough to hire him. He's a team player through and through while also having the ability to execute on his own.
