• Lead a team to combine shopping carts for each division into a single shopping cart to ease cross-marketing and selling of tickets using C#, MVC and WCF. • As a team member on the Applications Team, performed updates and add new functionality to the Tessitura application and associated web sites for the Atlanta Symphony, Alliance Theatre, High Museum and the consortium member organizations using .Net, C# and SQL Server • Implemented and trained team members on the use of Reporting Services for the reporting needs from within Tessitura. • Created custom reports along with updating or recreating existing reports as requested using Reporting Services and in some cases Infomaker. • As a member of the consortium conversion team, helped to modify and update multiple stored procedures to accommodate the implementation of new consortium organizations. Along with creating custom reports to meet their needs using SSRS. • Created multiple reports for the executives within the Woodruff to give them information about fund raising and contributions with comparisons between fiscal years to give them a better understanding of the day to day operation needs and concerns. • Upgraded Integration application that takes data from various sources, including Ticketmaster and Archtics and combines it for import into Great Plains financial application on a scheduled nightly basis using VS2008, VB.Net and SQL Server. • Researched, implemented and administer a source control system called subversion and trained all team members on the proper usage of source control helping to reduce lost and corrupted code. • All development is performed within Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 with .Net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 and C#, MVC, WCF and SSRS

• As a team member on the Consolidated Data Entry program for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations performed multiple updates utilizing ASP.Net. Converted data access methods to use tableadapters. Created new functionality based on user requirements and specifications. • As a team member on the OR Survey project, helped to revolutionize the reporting process used by implementing the SQL Server reporting service web service. Helped junior level programmers learn proper techniques in using many of the .Net framework. At the end of the project, remained as the sole member maintaining and enhancing the application. • Designed and coded a new Plant Events Search engine based on user requirements and specifications. Utilized Infragistics controls and .Net functionality to make a simple and user friendly search engine for the many event documents stored in a SQL server database and as documents on a network drive. • Converted the Assessment Web project from Classic ASP to ASP.Net and implemented SQL Server Reporting Service Web service for reporting purposes. • Created a dynamic means to update the database connection strings for any project. This process allows the programmer to leave the connection string blank and allow the application to determine where it is running (i.e. Dev, QA, Prod) and correctly create the connection strings for the entire application.

• Infonet is a web-based application used by Customer Service Representatives to answer customer questions and make sales based on corporate news and campaigns. • The entire application, written in Visual Basic 6, was redesigned and rewritten based on the client’s specifications. • A complete admin tool was created to make changes to the dynamic areas of the application based on user type and site. • Every part of the application that is data driven also includes an admin tool to help facilitate changes and free up support from the day-to-day change requests. • Other responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing multiple VB.Net applications for the customer care department based on the customer’s requests and specifications • Close interaction with the customer to determine specs and requests. • Designed and developed a Six Sigma charting program written in VB.Net, ASP, and HTML, utilizing a SQL Server database with an interface to an Oracle database.
