As the Project Coordinator at Urban Infrastructure Partnership (UIP) I am the primary interface between the TfNSW projects Site Surveillance Officers (SSO) and the TfNSW Project Teams. Initially I worked hand in hand with app and website developers creating a bespoke system that allowed for the capture of relevant data in a simplistic manner. I then individually set up and trained SSO’s and SLR delivery team members on how to use the app and view the website data. I have also been heavily involved in processing the data collected by the SSOs, working closely with members of Safety, Environment/Planning, Project Controls, Commercial & Delivery teams to produce clear tables and graphs to convey the information as they require. Consistently the graphical information produced is made part of the briefing for Ministers for viewing by the Transport Minister and the Premier.

      • Mar 2020 - Dec 2022

The past 2 years I’ve had the pleasure of working with a new directorate in the ACT, Major Projects Canberra. My role has been focused on creating positive and functional relationships with key Territory stakeholders to ensure progression of the Light Rail Stage 2 project. A key focus was the coordination of Territory Land releases and the future private developers with the project to ensure the interfaces that are inherent in those situations are managed to ensure minimal impact to both parties whilst also ensuring best for community outcomes. The interface team was also tasked with the development of project interface agreements with key 3rd parties along the light rail alignment. The intent of these agreements was to manage the risk to both the Territory and the 3rd Party to ensure a mutual way forward that enabled the project to progress while also ensuring the 3rd Party had comfort that their requirements/concerns were considered and documented to provide peace of mind.
