Tim has a real skill in drawing diagrams that explain the intended function and potential failures of a device, which has been particularly invaluable to me as I gain increased exposure to electrosurgical units, sterilizers/autoclaves, and patient lifts. He has also displayed a real initiative for personal development by vocally participating in company sponsored leadership/interpersonal communication programs, and in the maintaining and expansion of his professional certifications.
