In the year that I have supervised Tim, I have moved him several times and he has always delivered excellent results, especially in driving our key metrics. He is the quintessential team player and has many times volunteered and visited other locations to help out struggling stores with their sales techniques. He is extremely focused on driving revenue and holding subordinates accountable for their results. Very competitive and brings high energy at the goal of being #1. He is dogged in his assertiveness and initiative. I would highly recommend him for any company that wants someone to deliver top notch results every time!
