During design phase required ongoing interaction / coordination internally between architectural, MEP and Security, Network and Special Systems, to ensure all early required design coordination between systems, ensuring all integration points had been identified and included in plans. During construction role was managing all QA/QC for Security, Network and Special systems installations and integration with other systems. Systems included network infrastructure build-out of new telecom rooms IDFs and MDF for new installations of ACS doors, CCTV cameras, PA systems, Common Use Systems for new Ticket counters and Gate counters and Perimeter Intrusion Detection system. In addition this project included building a new Terminal 2 TSA Security Screening Check Point and (2) new sterile to public Exit Lanes with Breach Management.As installations were completed my role transitioned to Pre-Commissioning & Testing Manager, managing the startup and testing activity, confirming test plans, scripts and actively witnessing / confirming functionality of systems during pre-testing through final commissioning and owner acceptance.
