I have known and worked with Tim for over 15 years. Tim is one of the most effective Sales Executives I have worked with. He knew our products, our customers and our competition extremely well. He earned the respect of his co-workers through his hard work and successful sales. He has helped successfully resolve many commercial issues with the customers while continuing to grow our business. He is not afraid to point out operational opportunities and be the voice of customers when needed. With his Engineering background, he is an excellent problem solver and negotiator when potential customers presented challenging product designs. As an effective time manager, Tim has helped his team set challenging but realistic goals and devise strategies to meet those goals. He has tremendous energy, is always enthusiastic and has some new and innovative ideas that I believe will serve the company well. I worked with Tim on a daily basis, for close to 20 years at Thermotech. As both our Regional Sales Manager and then Global Director, he is by far the best sales engineer/manager/director I have ever worked with.
