Since I was his replacement, after his promotion, I was able to gleen a wealth of knowldge and information from him which has allowed me to exceed in my position. He is a team player but can also roll up his sleeves and get the job done even if no one else is pulling their weight. He is very knowledgeable and takes charge of new projects whenever he sees the chance.
