Tim started off as an intern, and showed a hunger to learn about the game development side of audio. He immediately applied his vast knowledge of sound design and audio engineering to the production and we saw an instant improvement with the quality of audio overall. After some time, he became the sole Sound Designer at MindArk, getting more responsibility than he’d had before. He’s quick to ask and learn and holds a very impressive understanding of sound itself, I’ve yet to doubt his abilities and we’ve only benefited from letting him take charge over his own field. Even though he has more to learn about the game development scene, his skill as a Sound Designer outweighs what remains by a long shot. I truly recommend Tim.
