  I am a Lead technician in Schrader. I co-ordinate the day to day activity of my team and plan projects. I am involved in the completion and managment of planned, reactive and predictive maintenance. I have a strong knowlege and skills set around electrical safety systems. My team is heavily involved in continuous improvement in which I have to plan, carry out and manage this work.
