  I began my employment with Tierra Farm packaging product. I quickly moved into a roasting position and then requested training in the niche position of chocolatier. I was pulled out of this area to help create the pre-pack department. Following this I was brought into an assistant manager position to the retail manager. Shortly after I took over the retail manager position until that position was phased out. I am now continuing my position as a chocolatier. I began my employment with Tierra Farm packaging product.
