I first met Tim after joining the Honest Tea team 7 years ago as Vice-President of Sales when Tim was the Area Sales Manager for our most important territory in New England. At the time I was told by both his Region Director and VP that Tim was the highest performing Area Manager, not only in the NE but the entire country. It didn’t take long to see why they were so high in their evaluation. Tim immediately impressed me as a hardworking, aggressive, take charge and make things happen leader. Our organization put a lot of emphasis on accountability for results and winning in the marketplace and Tim was consistently a top performer. It’s that consistency that led to his promotion to Senior Area Sales Manager in 2011 with expanded management responsibilities to include leading a team and calling on key customers.
