Tim is one of the most engaging, creative, and dedicated mentors we have at The Flagship Clubhouse. We’re a creative/maker space for teens, and active mentors are a huge part of what makes our atmosphere special. Tim sets the standard for the kind of proactive engagement we hope for. When it comes to 3D modeling and printing, the members look to Tim, and he helps guide them through. When the 3D printer got jammed, Tim turned fixing it into a group project, and the members beamed with pride when they got it to work again. I once walked in on Tim feverishly writing calculations on the white boar, flanked by a couple of enthralled members, talking about frequency and Pi or something—-Tim was making math fun! I recommend Tim for any role where determination, creativity, know-how and curiosity are required. He’s the total package.
