I had the chance to work on my master project under the supervision of Timothée. Passionate and always available, Timothée wanted to share his technical knowledge and his interest in technological innovation while valuing teamwork and students initiatives. These aspects, as well as his team management skills, have enabled the R&D team he led to significantly improve the CARA product of Diagnos Inc. Having since joined the working world, I can measure the quality of the training that I received while working on his side, and the outstanding work that the team was able to accomplish when Timothée was in charge of it.

I have met Timothée during my postdoc fellowship at Diagnos Inc. As my mentor, he took the time to share with me his large expertise in fundus image analysis and his programming skills. I admire his patience and resourcefulness. All along, he provided me and my colleagues with guidance and constructive feedback. To foster my professional development, he used to provide me with challenges such as estimating the duration of my tasks (not very easy!). I really enjoyed being his mentee. Finally, Timothée is one of the most ambitious persons I have met. Not so many researchers with a PhD degree and a satisfying career would jump into an MBA program to seek new and different challenges.
