Timo is the best Product Manager that I have ever worked with. He is user-oriented and really motivated to get to the 'why' of user behaviors and stakeholder requests (which is not a common case in the Product Manager world). The most important part of Timo's work is that he always has a vision of the product and can justify it. His user-oriented and product-oriented mindset lets people follow his path. Some details: One of the best things about Timo is his work process: He articulates ideas for new features clearly, creates the mockups to communicate them visually, codes a proof of concept and validates it with users. In the end, the IT team receives clear requirements with guidelines how things should work.
