I had the pleasure of first meeting Tim several years ago at an annual conference for AASPA. Since that time I have come to know him and see him develop, grow, and flourish into his current position as the Executive Director of AAEE. Tim is a thoughtful, focused, and caring leader that maximizes relationships with others and achieves positive results. I just finished attending the 2020 AAEE conference and Tim has raised the organization to new levels in connecting universities, school district recruiting professionals, and educator candidates centered around educator preparation, recruitment, and retention. Tim is truly a leader in supporting the education system and instilling a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

I am pleased to recommend Tim for any position that requires the knowledge and skills of a seasoned HR executive. Tim has built a strong reputation as someone who brings strong leadership, vision, energy and integrity to every role he takes and to every organization he has been affiliated with during his career. He is simply someone who gets things done and done very well for that matter! In addition to being a great HR leader, Tim is also a very personable guy who is respected by colleagues and subordinates alike. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and know that he will always give of his best in any endeavor.
