Role highlights:• Project Management: Led my team to conduct feasibility studies for Wal-Mart on 32 potential sites and identifying 12 which were acquired and developed.• Planning/Consents: Led the team in presentations for public consultation, obtain planning consent, design approval and overseeing construction of 8 new sites.Project Engineer (Vero Beach, FL) responsible for the site civil design and permit approval of Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club stores through the southern half of Florida. Role highlights:• Planning/Consents: I was responsible for obtaining planning consent and design on 8 Wal-Mart Superstore sites throughout South Florida.
