Working with Tim at RED Digital Cinema was an absolute pleasure. When it came time to grow the marketing department, I couldn't have asked for a better mentor than Tim. He brought years of experience leading digital and integrated marketing efforts and a finesse for management and teamwork. He led our team to the next level through innovative and strategic plans that generated great ROI for the company. He is very intelligent, creative, pleasant and a hard worker. Tim was a refreshing addition to the Online Sales and Marketing (ecommerce) team at RED. As our digital marketing needs grew, we needed someone with Tim's experience, knowledge, and attitude on our team. We interviewed tons of candidates and liked Tim so much we put a full-court press on him to come aboard. Tim did not disappoint. He was able to take the work that the department had done on several initiatives and push them over the approval hurdles.
