I have been working with Tim for more than 2 years now. First as a manager reporting to him and then as his peer. I would rate Tim amongst the top managers I have had the fortune to work with. He is fantastic at grooming people, empowering them and caring deeply about people morale and motivation to get the best out of them. He has a bias for action, quick decision maker which allows his teams to move quickly to achieve a goal. What I also love about Tim is his ability to learn from others and adapt an idea. Lot of these I take as learnings to apply myself. You will be missed Tim. Good luck in your future endeavors.
