  As a freelance Storyboard Artist / Illustrator, I enjoy helping clients in the initial stages of their projects to clearly communicate their ideas through the concept art I make. I provide services for projects in film, TV, video games, comics, publishing, advertising, web, and more. Samples of my work are available online at timholtrop.com, and through Famous Frames, who represent me as an artist.My work usually starts near the beginning of a project, when client's ideas are still in written form as scripts, shot lists, or even jotted down notes and thumbnail sketches. I quickly sketch out the story that's being told, whether it's headed for use in film & television, print or digital, capturing the client's vision so it can continue to be developed and refined through the creative process. Although I'm primarily utilized to help capture the concepts that will be sent on to other members of a creative team, sometimes I'm retained to complete the process, providing final illustrations for a project.
