Jeff Nottingham

During the two years that we worked closely together, Tim consistently applied best-demonstrated practices in BPO. Before starting work together, Tim closely scrutinized my firms' capabilities not only to deliver results, but to respect the culture of the organization. We began with a pilot to build stakeholder consensus before expanding the project. This enabled us to achieve early results while building a scalable process. Tim managed expectations through clear and elevated goals and kept the lines of communication open (without going overboard). Tim excels at navigating challenging decision-making processes and driving meaningful results. I would enjoy working with Tim again.
