Below is a sample of the roles carried out with HCL-AXON. Department of Health Release Manager for the implementation of SAP HR Payroll and E-recruitment to the Health Service of Northern Ireland, involving six Health Care Trusts with 80,000 employees. Key Responsibilities: • Developing a strategy for developing and supporting multiple releases • Maintaining the separation of three different releases progressing through the architecture • Controlling the progress of developments/enhancements • Managing technical cutovers • Resource planning for future releases Birmingham City Council Development Lead for the SAP CRM solution of Birmingham City Council’s multi-award winning Customer First project, scheduled to produce savings to the council of nearly £200 million over ten years. Customer First is a SAP CRM v6.0 deployment to enable the residents of Birmingham to easily access council services online, via the contact centre or neighbourhood offices.
