Scenario was data-entry had been completed, & the application servers decommissioned. I served as Commanding Officer, HMNZS Pegasus from 2007 to 2010, when I retired from the RNZNVR.The Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserves (RNZNVR) is the Reserve Force of the Royal NZ Navy. I joined the RNZNVR in 1980 as an Ordinary Rate, and was commissioned as an officer in 1984, all at HMNZS Pegasus in Christchurch. Shortly after that I moved to Wellington with my civilian employment & transferred to HMNZS Olphert where I was the Assistant Supply Officer.Then in 1990 I was sent to Melbourne by my civilian employer, where I served with the Melbourne Port Division of the Royal Australian Naval Reserves (RANR) for 3.5 years. On my return to Christchurch in 1993, I assumed the role of Assistant Supply Officer at HMNZS Pegasus, and subsequently Administration Officer.In 2005 I assumed the role of Executive Officer and Commanding Officer in 2007.
