  Helped develop file based start to end workflow and facility wide hardware design and upgrade. TBN was re-designed to a file based workflow starting in 2010. From production into editorial and in to play out, and lastly on to a newly created VOD website named iTBN.org with over 10,000 asset's now on the web. My original roll at TBN was to rebuild the aging edit systems at all the TBN stations across the country. We have four large Avid installs with multiple editors on shared Unity storage and Interplay MAM. These systems can push and pull files across the US. Three of these locations have ProTools audio sweating intergraded into the editorial workflow and shared file system. Last I also support over 25 standalone edit systems at our smaller stations.
